Tabata Tuesday

Good Morning! Yesterday I mentioned that I enjoyed a 30 min tabata class with my running group.  I thought it would be fun to share the workout with my readers. I hope you enjoy it! 

Tabata Fire

Equipment Needed:  A mat, Set of dumbbells (medium to heavy weight)

Breakdown: 20 sec. work/ 10 sec rest/ 1 minute rest between circuits.

Circuit 1 (x4):
Jump jacks
Mountain climber

Circuit 2 (x2):
Jump Squats
Thrusters (squat/overhead push press)
Push ups
Bicycle Crunches

Circuit 3 (x2):
180 degree jumps
V-ups
High Knees
Seated twist

Circuit 4 (x4):
Wood chop
Pop squat

Circuit 5 (x2):
Burpee
Tricep Dips
Bicycle Crunch
Jump Rope

 
Circuit 6 (x2):
Ski Jumps
Walking Pushups
Plank Jacks
Thrusters
