Good Morning! Yesterday I mentioned that I enjoyed a 30 min tabata class with my running group. I thought it would be fun to share the workout with my readers. I hope you enjoy it!
Equipment Needed: A mat, Set of dumbbells (medium to heavy weight)
Breakdown: 20 sec. work/ 10 sec rest/ 1 minute rest between circuits.
